Rehearsals for the Spring 2009 concerts will resume after the holidays on January 12, 2009 at Council Rock North High School Band Room from 7:15 pm until 9:30 pm.

GENERAL INFORMATION

·Membership dues are $25/semester ($50/year). Student members are exempt.

·Dues are to be paid  by the 4th rehearsal of each semester.

·Rehearsals are currently held on Monday’s @ 7:15PM – 9:30PM. The current location is at Council Rock North High School band room.

·Regular attendance is expected. Members should notify either their section leader or the Music Director in the event of any absence.

·It is the responsibility of the member to bring their music to rehearsal whether they attend or not. If that member will not be at rehearsal, it is their responsibility to make sure that music will be at rehearsal that evening.

·Indoor concert attire will be white long sleeve shirts/blouses and black slacks/skirts. Pop concerts will allow white polo shirts for men. DVWS logo’d Oxford and polo shirts are for sale.

·The DVWS maintains an e-mail list for its members to communicate rapidly with other band members. Junk, spam, pyramid and other non-appropriate commercial messages are prohibited. The DVWS Board and Officers has final authority for managing this list and its contents.
